Hip - Hip - Hooray!! It's the 100th Day!!!!

Today we celebrated the 100th Day of School!  We filled a hundreds chart with stickers, made a "100" necklace that included 100 stars, and drew a picture in our journals of what we would look like when we were 100 years old!  It was a very exciting day!

We discovered that our necklaces, make great glasses too!  :)
HAPPY 100th Day of School!
~from Mrs. Kena's class~

Because of missing school this week for snow days, we also graphed (and eat) Fruit Loops for our Letter of the Week, Ff.  Valentine's has been our theme the past 2 weeks, so we took a bowl of 20 conversation hearts and counted how many we had of each color.

Monday, we will finish up Valentine's theme with a class party!  We will also start the letter Oo and our theme will be Fairy Tales.  I am looking forward to a full week of school!  :)
